On May 12, 2020, Qingdao Haitong Vehicle Bridge Co., Ltd. held a business outsourcing signing ceremony with eight external partner companies, including Qingdao Detai Liker Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Detai Liker" for brevity). Specifically, Haitong Vehicle Bridge signed an outsourcing contract for painting services with Lao Chafang, a contract for forklift operations with Detai Liker, a logistics outsourcing agreement with Xinhaihao, and an equipment outsourcing deal with Kedeli Hekeen. Additionally, a labor outsourcing agreement was inked with Yijiatong Logistics for freight vehicle services. Beyond these, Haitong also entered into labor outsourcing arrangements with three other service providers: Shuntianhe, Yitaihe, and Baishite.
This milestone marks the official transfer of certain business operations from Haitong Vehicle Bridge to its external partners. During the meeting, General Manager Wang Lifu emphasized that business outsourcing is built on mutual benefits, while also stressing the importance of safeguarding the rights and interests of every Haitong employee to foster deep and collaborative partnerships.
Building on previous successful collaborations, the companies aim to leverage their respective strengths, aligning their development strategies to meet each other’s evolving needs. Moving beyond existing industries, they plan to strengthen their partnership further, establishing a comprehensive, long-term strategic alliance based on principles of mutual win-win cooperation and shared benefits. By actively creating favorable conditions and opportunities, both sides seek to achieve complementary advantages and synergistic growth, ultimately solidifying and expanding their competitive edge in their respective fields.
In today’s rapidly evolving society, a new paradigm has emerged, characterized by strategic alliances among distributors, service providers, and logistics companies—collaborations designed to drive collective growth and innovation. Looking ahead, market competition will no longer be solely between individual enterprises but will increasingly shift toward competition among broader interest groups and across entire value chains. As a result, competitive advantages will no longer stem exclusively from individual companies but will instead arise from the combined contributions of all collaborative partners.
With a clear understanding of its own business requirements, Haitong Vehicle Bridge has meticulously matched its operational needs with the unique capabilities and strengths of each external partner, crafting a tailored business model that integrates key elements such as products and services. This approach is poised to unlock greater profit potential for both parties, paving the way for sustained success and mutual prosperity.

Notice on the Official Launch of the Facial Recognition Attendance System
"The integration of IT and industrialization" refers to leveraging information technology to drive industrial development, while simultaneously using industrial advancements to enhance IT capabilities. To deepen the convergence of IT and industrialization at Haitong, the company has been continuously improving and upgrading its IT environment, as well as standardizing its employee attendance management practices. Starting from June 2020, Haitong transitioned from a fingerprint-based timekeeping system to a facial recognition-based system. The "facial recognition attendance system" was developed precisely to meet the growing demand for advanced security and intelligent management in modern office and living spaces. Its core purpose is to "enhance enterprise operational efficiency and ensure workplace safety." The system achieves this through hierarchical management—establishing clear layers of oversight and assigning specific responsibilities—along with robust access control mechanisms that differentiate between various employee types, thereby safeguarding entry points. Additionally, it streamlines attendance processes by enforcing standardized attendance protocols and simplifying daily workflows. Department and workshop leaders are tasked with rigorously reviewing their employees' attendance records and leave requests according to established guidelines. Any failure to comply with these rules—or any attempt to conceal relevant information—will result in collective disciplinary action once verified. Furthermore, to prevent inaccuracies caused by equipment malfunctions or other unforeseen issues, all departments must maintain meticulous attendance tracking procedures. We kindly urge all employees to adhere strictly to these requirements and ensure full compliance in their daily work.
