As you step into the workshop, you’ll notice that each line is ramping up production: the rhythmic "dada-dada..." of machinery and the steady rhythm of manual hammering create an ever-present backdrop of industrious activity. The scene is bustling and vibrant, as workers diligently and efficiently operate equipment, meticulously inspecting, assembling, riveting, and packaging parts—all processes unfolding in perfect order. Meanwhile, technicians closely monitor every stage, ensuring strict quality control at every critical juncture. Outside the factory gates, fully loaded transport vehicles slowly roll out, ready to deliver the finished products to destinations far and wide, showcasing a truly lively and productive atmosphere.

In June, the final assembly workshop produced a total of 38,297 front, middle, and rear axles (with Haitong accounting for 16,043 units), representing a year-on-year increase of 91.03% and continuing to set new production records.
As of the end of June this year, the total production of front, middle, and rear axles reached 173,634 units. With the ambitious goal of surpassing 300,000 units by year-end, the company has already achieved a remarkable 578.78% completion rate—far exceeding its first-half target.
These outstanding results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of every single worker at the workshop. Each product embodies the sweat and effort of the dedicated team members, proving that their unwavering commitment to quality and innovation continues to pay off.
Despite the challenges posed by this year’s pandemic and the resulting decline in market demand, HaiTong Axle managed to deliver an impressive 40,000 additional units—a milestone that not only highlights the company’s rapidly accelerating growth trajectory but also underscores its steadily improving operational excellence.
Looking ahead, we’re confident that HaiTong Axle’s products will continue to gain momentum in the market, delivering even greater value and benefits to our customers while reinforcing our mission to lead with independence and uncompromising quality.

Singing the Melody of Collaboration: Brake Workshop’s North Assembly Line Achieves Full-Line Outsourcing
Enhancing competitiveness through collaboration, fostering steady and sustainable progress in maritime transport.
To further strengthen and optimize the Group’s operations while driving high-quality development, in line with the Group’s strategic initiatives and reform plans, Brake Company, in collaboration with Yinan Shuntianhe Human Resources Co., Ltd., implemented a transformative initiative from mid-June to early July this year. This project involved fully outsourcing the North Assembly Line at the Brake Workshop. After an intensive training period, more than 20 employees from Shuntianhe, guided by experienced veterans from Haitong Brake, successfully mastered independent production tasks, marking the successful completion of the workshop’s North Assembly Line’s full-scale outsourcing.
This move represents Haitong’s first step toward comprehensive line-level outsourcing across its operations. By adopting this approach, Haitong not only reduces its financial and manpower investments but also enhances the return on capital deployment. Moreover, it enables the company to focus more effectively on manufacturing its core products, mitigating risks associated with seasonal or unexpected surges in hiring and minimizing employee turnover—both of which can disrupt production schedules.
Beyond these benefits, outsourcing entire production lines helps reduce labor-related disputes and transfers potential business risks to external partners. Given the clear advantages of this model, we are confident that Haitong will continue to expand this initiative in the future. Our approach remains firmly rooted in practical feasibility and a commitment to mutual success and collaboration between all parties involved.
